ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you have free shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $125 or more, excluding taxes and after discounts have been applied. Free shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5pm ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays, will be processed within 48 hours and, pending credit card approval, will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card approval, within three business days of processing.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please contact our customer service team at info@shopsabal.com with your name and order number and we will get you taken care of within 2-3 business days. Or head to the returns portal to begin your return.
How can I get a discount?
Tag us in a social media post wearing your SABAL swimsuit and you might find a nice surprise in your DM! In the meantime, follow us on Instagram @Shop_SABAL and we often post offers and other cool things there.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout its journey to you! We highly suggest purchasing Route protection and downloading the Shop app to track delivery status.
Does SABAL offer gift cards?
We are working on integrating gift cards, please email info@shopsabal.com if you want to arrange for a gift in the meantime.

What can I expect when I put on a SABAL swim top?
Thanks to our exclusive, patent-pending silicone boosters, you’ll be like, where have you been all my life? Unprecedented fit, support, and a natural lift you’ll fall in love with. It may feel heavy in the packaging, but once on will feel like nothing! Don't worry all SABAL boosters are water-resistant and don't hold in water like the old-school push-up cotton padded swimsuits.

Full-priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, and in original packaging.
