International Orders
International returns
We gladly accept returns on all eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, and with all original tags attached.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and we cannot process exchanges on international orders.
To start your return process, please email info@shopsabal.com with your name and order number.
Please note:
- All sale items are final sale, including sitewide sales.
- All returning items must be sent back in their original condition, including hygienic liners and cup pads. This means the items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant, makeup stains, perfume, detached tags, visible wear or damage, and hygienic swimwear liner removed, etc.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria.
- Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, etc. are not eligible to be refunded upon return.
- We do not cover the return shipping cost.
Additional Information:
- Taxes and Duties: SABAL Swim does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We unfortunately cannot control these fees.
- Refused Packages: If a customer declines their package in customs/duties, we will issue a store credit gift card minus shipping fees, plus customs/duties via email once the package is returned to our facility. Refused international orders can take up to 2 months to reroute back to our facility.
- Returns: We are not responsible for returns shipped back to the return address on your package's label without tracking or notice to us. You must use Returnly or email us to receive information on how to start your return.
