Shipping & Returns

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5pm ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays, will be processed within 48 hours and, pending credit card approval, will be shipped within three business days. 

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card approval, within three business days of processing.  We proudly manufacture our swimwear in the USA and therefore incur higher costs, orders over $125 within the United States will ship free!

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • We want you to love your SABAL swim purchase which is why we offer returns on all full-priced items for exchange or returns. We accept returns for refunds within 14 DAYS of receipt of your shipment. We accept unworn bikinis, and clothing accessories in new condition with tags and liners attached. 
  • If 14 DAYS have gone by since your shipment arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, you will have the option to exchange up to 30 DAYS after receiving your shipment.

  • After receiving approval, you have 7 days to ship back your items. 
  • We understand that buying swim items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric please contact our Customer Care team at info@shopsabal.com and review our size guide before placing your order. Please note sale items are not eligible for return.
  • For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.
  • Returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition, SABAL holds the right to refuse an exchange if a product is used, worn, damaged, or soiled.
  • We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will resolve this quickly. Please contact info@shopsabal.com.

 

Exchange POLICY

What items are exchangeable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Full-priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, and in original packaging.

What items are non-exchangeable?

  • Sale items including items purchased with a discount code.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
